The ultrasonic rod transducers and probes are radial emission bars designed to distribute the ultrasonic field at 360° along their whole length. These bars offer various mounting solutions: the transducer head may be mounted either outside of the bath through the wall, or immersed in a waterproof manner. The ultrasonic probes are used in small volumes whereas the ultrasonic rod transducers are used in larger volumes.
The radial emitter of up to 600 mm active length delivers 1000 W in continuous power.
The radial emitter of up to 658 mm in active length delivers 2500 W in continuous operation.
Immersed transmitters have the advantage of being easy to install, even in a tank which was not intended for that at the origin: they are simply placed or fixed in the tank and have the same cleaning effect as the transducers fixed directly on the tank. Replacing of immersible transducers is easy. SinapTec submersible transducers are designed for long life and optimum cleaning performance. On the one hand, they are made of 3 mm thick stainless steel. On the other hand, the transducer units, from our own design, are secured within the box by a specific method resistant to ultrasonic cleaning up to 80 ° C. The ultrasonic immersible boxes are proposed at 28 kHz, 40 kHz or 100 kHz and are driven by NexTgen inside ultrasonic cleaning generators. Submersible ultrasonic cleaning emitters are available with different mounting methods: with hooks, brackets, or simply placed at the bottom of the tank with a basket holder.
The box equipped with brakets can either be fixed on the side walls of the tank or placed at the bottom of the tank.
This model of ultrasonic immersible transducer is delivered with basket holder, which allows you to place it at the right distance from the vibrating membrane, and also to protect the vibrating surface against direct contact with the washing basket.
The hooks allow hanging the immersible box on the side of the ultrasonic cleaning tank.
These transducers have been designed by SinapTec for their vibration amplitude and high yield. They are exclusively manufactured by SinapTec and deliver a continuous power of 65 W. Unit transducers are the easiest and most economical way to equip a tank with ultrasound for cleaning applications. They can be installed on different side walls, and distributed in most critical areas to be cleaned. That enables optimized implementation for each need. The specific method of fixing the ultrasonic cleaning transducers ensures energy good transmission in the washing bath and long lifespan.
This is the most widely used transducer model because it is very efficient and cleans all kind of parts and materials. The 28 kHz frequency enables to remove particles up to 500 µm.
The 40 kHz transducer model is softer on sensitive materials and causes less noise. It is used especially for finishing cleaning in areas such as medical. This transducer detaches particles between 2 and 100 µm.
This 100 kHz piezoelectric transducer allows realizing thorough cleaning an rinsing. High frequency ultrasounds respect sensible materials and fine structures. It removes particles of less than 10 µm.
Other frequencies or multifrequency transducers can be provided on request.
Transducer plates are flanged on the bottom or side of a cleaning tank and allow space saving within the bath, while being removable for potential replacement. The tank must first be cut to the dimensions of the plate, on which is welded a threaded frame. Another frame is screwed against the ultrasonic flange plate with a seal. This type of transmitter is more dedicated to machine manufacturers who can ensure a tight and secure mounting.
The 28 kHz, 40 kHz or 100 kHz piezoelectric transducers are fixed by a specific method on a stainless steel plate. This is fixed in a waterproof way on the tank. The "flange" plate should be totally enclosed to avoid any contact with transducers.
Different ultrasonic plate sizes are available.
